Not the prepaid sim, but the postpaid sim u can. 20 cents a min for calls. Data at 2g.

Tmobile prepaid sims have international roaming. Don't know if the one in your link is different.

Maybe and there were a lot of complaints that it frequently didn't work, even at the high rates. Unlike much of the rest of the world, prepaid is still "second rate" service in the US.

T-Mobile USA roaming still works fine for me in Germany/Poland/UK etc. We have 3 SIMS on Legacy Prepaid, and have had no problems at all.
