Voip provider to call Intermatica +39319xxxx ?
 

Hi i need to call a +39319xxxxxx mobile number by Intermatica Italy.
This is the twin number of a Thuraya satellite phone.

I need a voip provider that have this route and price lower than 0,5$ min.

future-nine.com claims 30 us cent per minute to this destination, i have an account there but no number to test if it really gets connected.

but the number +393199090900 is correct and accessible from some networks? even from our landline provider i get a "this number is unknown, please call the operator for inquiry" message

From all the italian fixed/mobile networks the number is ok.
I just discovered that Tariffic by woopla with iphone application, can reach the numbers +3199xxxxxxx
But it is not voip usable from computer without phone.

How much do the Italian networks charge to this number per minute?

Wind mobile in Greece connects to this number but at 0.9 euros/min

my o2 contract SIM also connects to this number. As there are no special rates defined it will cost 29ct/min (can only see on the bill next month), but voice quality was very poor

Wind telecom italy charge at 0,6 euro / minute
The iphone Tarrific application charge 0,334 / minute

it does not connect on voip.ms both on value and premium route
