for which countries does xxsim support National local numbers to be attached on their simcard? only France?

They have germany landline, UK mobile number, and US landline numbers. No french ones (at least on my account)

are these numbers billed monthly orwith one-off payment?

do they bill calls within Eur.Union by the second or per minute??

as of 1st of July xxsim reduced the data rate within European Union countries to 0.50€ per mb, previously was 0.70€ per mb

did they actually reuced their outgoing calls rates? their pricelist still shows the oold rates...and the press release on their blog about the new 0.19/min.rate within europe dissapeared!

the tariff calculator doesnt seem to be correct right now, it also shows free GPRS in EU at the moment...

gprs is corrected...0.50/mb within europe... but voice rates are unchanged!

"Incoming calls" to all landline numbers cost 0.15c per min. for free Roaming County, and where no free roaming will cost tarif plan plus 0.15c

You can now purchase an additional landline Swiss phone# starting with 044 for your XXSIM. You can be called at local rates (even free with flatrate), because your XXSIM can be reached through a landiline# and not a mobile#. The original phone# 00372 ... of your XXSIM remains active and allows you to receive calls at no charge abroad.

The monthly fees are EUR2/month. During the launch and until 07/31/2012, we will refund the cost of EUR30, so that you don’t pay the Swiss number. When someone calls you on the national number, EUR0.15/min are collected from your credit. This is a fraction of the standard roaming costs you usually have to pay.

To get a landline Swiss number, visit our website, log in and select My Account> Buy a national number.

it has a +372 number and you can add landline numbers of several countries to it

I am currently in Austria, all the calls I receive come over the Swiss landline number via Xxsim, everything is resolutely. Calls are fairly and properly calculated. 0.15c incoming call via Swiss landline and the outgoing call 0.19c, all the shows my call from the Swiss +4144xxxxxxx and not from Estonia +372xxxxxxxx, SMS only goes over the number of Estonia!

We opened today the new Swiss landline numbers +4155 (055 from Switzerland). These new numbers are free. No monthly fees anymore, no setup charges.
Please note that these numbers are landline numbers, then you don’t pay « landline to mobile » charges when you call +4155, but only « landline to landline », then free with a flatrate or very cheap.
If you already have a +4144, we suggest you to cancel it immediately from your xxsim.com account and activate a new +4155 to avoid the monthly fees.

Nous avons ouvert aujourd’hui la nouvelle bande de numéros suisses +4155 (ou 055 depuis la Suisse). Ces nouveaux numéros sont gratuits. Plus de frais mensuels, pas de frais de mise en service.
Ces numéros sont des numéros fixes, vous ne paierez pas le tarif « fixe à mobile » pour appeler ces numéros, mais le tarif « fixe à fixe », donc gratuit avec un forfait, ou sinon très bon marché.
Si vous avez déjà activé un numéro fixe Suisse +4144, nous vous conseillons de le supprimer immédiatement depuis votre compte XXSIM et d’activer un numéro +4155.

Yes, it's true! When you enable the "gratis" Swiss landline number that will replace the Estonian number of the SIM, anyone would think you're in Switzerland not in Estonia, only SMS comes from the number of Estonia and Calls from landline number of Switzerland :)

Xxsim have free roaming in 126 countries (the number of Estonia +372) and tarif calculation of 0.19€ EU to EU Mobile an Landline, and SMS only 0.09€ , and incomming call of Your Landline number: Swiss,USA,UK and Germany is only 0.15€.

xxsim charges EU to EU calls per minute, not per second according to EU regulations.
Camelmobile simcards charge 0.19eur./min. for intra-europe calls but with per second billing, so as airbalticcard simcards too.

camelmobile also offers direct calling (no callback) in EU countries

btw: as they use callback they are not obliged to use the 30/1 billing on outgoing calls. But still, would be much better of course...

no that isn't the case, because travelsim (service provider of xxsim)charge per second, as airbalticcard (also travelsim clone) does too!

they (xxsim) are based in Switzerland so they aren't obliged to follow EU regulations.
something else just discovered about xxsim is that calling to their customer service costs CHF4.90/min, approx EUR4/min...unbelievable!

btw: camelmobile recently launched new reduced rates for SMS sent via USSD (sim menu toolkit) which are now charged 0,08eur./sms from all countries sent to everywhere in the world!

hi just been looking at Camelmobile and i cannot see EU to EU calls for 0.19 cents, i can see calls starting from 0.25, EU to EU and on callback not Call through, on top of that i cannot find any reference to per second billing? Airbalticcard i can see EU to EU 0.19 but only when calling Airbalticard to AirBalticard, and costs upto 0.41 when calling Air to EU others, again i cannot find any refrence to 1 sec billing. On top of this both cards use numbers which are found to be very expensive to call, if i am missing something can you please leave links where i might find infomation on 1 sec billing and 0.19 cents per call EU to EU, can you also let me know cost of Camel cards as there is no reference on there site.
