I've got one. They have nice and fast support via telephone and email. The service uses callback system. Minimum topup is of around 12EUR (100UAH). Payment options oriented maily on Ukrainian and Russian customers and as a foreign payer I was able to topup my account only using iPay.ua service (which seems to be VISA/MC verified) that accepted my credit card. Calling the card from betamax didn't work for me, but from another cheap voip service it did work. They have also SIP service which I did not try yet. According to their website they support also Multi-IMSI option where an additional Ukrainian number can be ordered.

which other voip service worked on calling these numbers? rebtel?
at what rate?

prion 16-07-2012 18:53

Rebtel charges 24 eurocents per min for these numbers. I do now know if it connects

fsotirop 17-07-2012 10:30

just 8eurocents with localphone.com

Got this card about month ago. Till now I can confirm it works. No home network, so it roams even in Czech Republic. Got another 3 SIMs for friends. Tried and used Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and UAE for free incoming calls. Can be topped up in Czech Republic by sending money to their account. Was dealing with the company, directly in their office in Prague.

Got Eureka prepaid about 2 monthes ago. Works as other international prepaids - through CallBack.
All incoming calls in all if European Union are free.
Calls to Eureka with using zadarma.com/en - 2,32 cents/min.

I think i will give them a try and report back.:D

MBK 06-11-2013 23:23

Looking forward to your reports.

Especially noteworthy :

- the sim never expires, unlimited lifetime
- free incoming calls in 54 countries
- incoming calls working if credit runs out
- with 0 credit can send 5 SMS per day to ask people to call back

fsotirop 07-11-2013 13:20

i ordered a sim yesterday for 20.17eur. including shipping and 10eur.credit

Amtes 07-11-2013 18:19

I already tested this sim with 0 Euro balance in EU countries - Poland, Hungary, Germany, Austria, France and my home country Ukraine. All incoming calls were free of charge. Option 'call me back' also free of charge to any mobile number but there is daily limit - 5 requests/day.
