It closes in a month's time.
https://www.easymobile.com/selfcare/emconte...ces/notice.html not really surprising, given that they already closed operations elsewhere, and never picked up enough customers here It will be a pity not to use up the ?72 of credit they sold me for ?2, and I hoped it would last a few months longer However, it appears the arrangement they have made with CPW to transfer to Fresh includes ?15 free credit ... |
was about to post that...but ya beat me to it hehehehe
|
it seems I even beat TheReg
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2006/11...symobile_goes/ which also says the German one has been bought out completely by TDC and rebranded https://www.callmobile.de/ |
have a feeling that richard B was right, when stelios was proposing the launch of easymobile he said he was to late!
the dutch one closed a while ago, guess it was just a matter of time! |
Two sides to every story

Again, to quote the great prophet Jim, 'to little, to late!'
|
Do you remember Buytel from Ryan? My general thought is that low-cost airlines and MVNOs simply don't match each other - a curse? :P
|

i guess the uk market can only support so many networks.....ahh well maybe we shall yet see easymobile rise like the proverbial phoniex...heheheheh
will let ya off about the Virgin thingy.... |
I have a couple of VoIP accounts that can be topped up with premium rate sms
And in fact, this should have been thought of earlier, as using callback via Voipcheap could have halved call prices from the beginning. So I might end up indirectly using this credit for calls via the IoM SIM |
