Just tried to log into Callbackworld's website to check my balance and usage. I'm getting a message that the Username is not recogized. I'm 1000% sure I'm entering the correct username and password. Anyone else unable to log in Wednesday evening?

It works for me fine. When was the last time that you entered cbw using this username and pass;

I had to create a new account after the crash with different username....

Did that mean you had to get new callback trigger numbers and everything? Or just new username? My callbacks seem to work fine, I just can't access my account

Only new username and password.

I can login fine. But, I am just not receiving the callback because my DID is ringing busy.

You will probably have to contact Barry about this....

As steverino notes on the International forum, callbackworld login is not working. Or am I wrong? I tried earlier today from my work and got the same error message. Anyone know anything?

I agree on all counts. I sit here waiting to be able to help you (and
others) but am unable to do so and share your frustration. Our
customer care team is in a like situation as we all await the
technical relocation of a switch from one office to another. While
technical work must go on I agree there are better ways to handle
it. I will advise you when your account has been charged.
