Hey gang-
Just tried to log into Callbackworld's website to check my balance and usage. I'm getting a message that the Username is not recogized. I'm 1000% sure I'm entering the correct username and password. Anyone else unable to log in Wednesday evening? Thanks! Dave |

Steve, I agree on all counts. I sit here waiting to be able to help you (and others) but am unable to do so and share your frustration. Our customer care team is in a like situation as we all await the technical relocation of a switch from one office to another.
