I'm pleased to learn that you have acknowledged that I did not used your service as a proof of your poor service. :(

There is alot you can do, but due to your poor customer service knowledge you chose not do anything.

What was not made clear to you was that the balance expired after 'X' number of months--whether you used it or not. I have not time to look it up now.

I am afraid not, the overall service is poor and not fit for purpose at all, I Couldn't care less if the credit expires or not, the point is their simcard did not work at all and their customer service is so poor... :chair:

These guys are either not trained or don't give a damn about customer care and those who use their dodgy network...

Except for Corporate Accounts where there is no expiration, the balance expires 10 months from your last recharge. The balance will continue to rollover as long as you recharge once every 10 months and we send out notifications when the expiration period is approaching. In this customer's case, they received a free $10 balance on their free SIM card and never used it so it simply expired 10 months later.

2questions about Corporate Accounts:
do they have the same calling rates as individual sim cards?
do corporate account simcards offer free incoming calls to usa & canada as OneSimCard PLUS International SIM from individuals?

A corporate account requires the purchase of five or more SIMs. That's probably the first hurdle you should address.

I sent my sim card UnitedMobile, and OneSim hat me never got a gift card in return, passionately, for now I use "New MaxRoam" (british) and Gt-Sim (isle of man), the tariff of 0.19 €, super cheap

OneSimCard PEN number change without my consent and wish..

Hi All,
Recently one of my OneSimCard PEN numbers was changed by the OneSimCard staff without my consent and wish!
I don't think it's normal. May be I am wrong. Could anybody please share their similar stories?
I am using OneSimCard services for business purposes and I placed one of my PEN numbers online on my website and then within some time I received an "apology" letter notifying me about my PEN number change!
Here is the text:

Re: Ticket xxxxx, Responded
Dear Vitaliy
A new message has been added to the service request #43219.
Hello Vitaliy,
We truly apologize, but we updated your Israeli PEN to a new number that you can now access in your account: xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
We apologize, however your old Israeli PEN will no longer be active.
Thank you,
OneSimCard Support

You'll probably be better off contacting them directly for an explanation.

I have used them in The past, and in my opinion, compared to a lot of similar companies that just cancel your sim card and disappear with your credit without an explanation, they seem to be quite stable.

I would like OneSimCard support to explain to me what was the reason for my PEN number change.
Thank you!
