I was using Voicestick primarily to forward calls to an international number.

Great...

I wonder if you can convert it to a UK number instead which would deal with the 911 issue.

I got rid of the $3.75 per month fee on Voicestick.

Inbound rates are 1.2 cpm and USA outbound is 2 cpm.
