I notice that the rates to Prima are very low: http://www.voipcheap.com/en/rates.html Now, I don't speak Italian, so it's impossible for me to read the Prima-site. You wrote that it's possible to get a pre-paid card, so foreigners should also be able to buy one? What about the cost when roaming with that card in - Belgium - The Netherlands - Italy - France Can it be used to transfer data (when roaming / and at what cost) ? Yves |

yes, you need a RSM VAT number for activate a postpaid. In the future I don't know but the first sims will be only for citizens/residents
