My last post in this thread :D My father's phone went from Tennessee (not Texas, had that wrong) to Paris the next day, in the night it was shipped to the Netherlands, where a few hours later he could finally embrace his new baby :love:

Now, finally, we can forget this whole episode... all is well that ends well. :thumbup:

Wish we had dealt with International Orders in the first place, lesson learned.
It would have saved us a lot of :wall: :cry: :ranting: :chair: :spam:

I have just heard that these guys have been given funding for another company, yet they refuse to refund us, i really need to put this behind me sorry guys i'm still upset, and cant contact them, what goes around comes around i guess their day will come , you cant just start companies , rip people off ,apologise disaapear and reappear under a new name.Flip!
