Just looked at the online billing from Telna.

Interesting findings:

St. Kitts/Nevis Digicel direct dial calls billed at USD 53 cents a minute with taxes. Listed as Jamaica for call out country which may be where the Digicel calls are switched or billed through.

St. Maarten Digicel French Antilles call back calls were a bargain at only USD 25 cents a minute with taxes. Listed sometimes as Martinique and sometimes as St. Maarten for call out country. Some free calls for calls to voicemail or "not connected" calls.

Look at Telna's rates foe Bermuda now :

Seems they are changing their business greatly.

My son took my TelnaMobile phone to Jamaica in October. He didn't make any calls but sent several texts, which according to the rate table were supposed to be free. The texts were charged a something odd like 50¢ each. I sent a note to customer service and got the charges reversed. I find that with Telna, you have have watch what they charge you as it's not infrequently different from the rate table.
