What countries are you referring to? (An honest question, not sarcasm). They don't have a dual-IMSI phone so it is not cheap in North America. They seem to be targeting Brits and have cheaper rates in common British holiday destinations. Their rates in the Americas aren't good. Their SMS connection rate is high. I did a whois on the website and they have been around for a while.

Well, I will tell you one thing .... there customer service is very good. I have never had to wait for than a couple of hours for them to reply to my emails.

Yeah, there SMS rates are a little high, but they are still cheaper than my home provider, so I think I can live with that.
