I admit that I tend to avoid telephone help desks; often I've been given several options "If .... press 1, if ... press 2" in Greek - none of which I can understand. And both Wind and Cosmote's websites are different in Greek and English. (Vodafone's is better but even that has some bits "not available in English"). Can I get Cosmote and Vodafone.gr SMS's in English? |
Vodafone is the easiest one since it lets you change the language through the recharge menu (but it gives you the option to change the language only in Greek, anywayz it's 3 and then either 1 or 2...)
For Cosmote, like Wind, you have to call their customer service for them to switch the language! |
