Travel much, tried worldsim and celtrek
 

and some other reduced roaming mobile services.

My husband and I like Celtrek more because their website and service is easier to understand. Their customer service is the most professional and helpful. We travel a lot and recently saved more than a few bucks through Latin Am, Caribbean, and western Europe. One thing very unique about this roaming service is the choice of local phone numbers from several dozen countries. We need that feature.

The only advice I'd give Celtrek is for them to create some 'how to' videos that show how to manage one's Celtrek account, how to use the service. We're pretty tech savvy but many people aren't and videos will help. You can use something like Debut or Camtasia video recording software.
