Red Light
There's a second tariff called Red Light: it's identical to Red Basic but with 1/1 billing
instead of 60/1; in order to have this privileged billing you have to pay a daily fee of US$ 0.04.
To change plan send an SMS to the short number 1771 writing 003 for "RED BASIC" or 004 for
"RED LIGHT".
