Call set-up fee is cancelled for all calls in any case. Subscriber is able to communicate for 0 kop./min in life:) network within 1000 minutes during 25 calendar days after each refill with 25UAH or during 30 calendar days after each refill with 35UAH or more with one payment. The unused minutes are no accumulated and are not transferred to next periods.

With the Planet Life :) option you can make international calls at cheaper rates using the divert number 811. All calls are probably routed through VoIP services so they are probably in worse quality but surely much cheaper.
One World
With this option you can call Russia at UAH 0.60/min (€ 0.056) and the rest of the World at UAH 1.20/min (€ 0.11). This option has a fee of UAH 6.00 (€ 0.56) and a validity of 30 days.
