Northern Cyprus
Looking on GSM-World maps it seems there should be no GSM coverage in Northern Cyprus, but that's not true. Both Turkcell
and Vodafone have their own network on the island and their own offers. You can find their sites here:
KKTCell - KKTC TelSim (not rebranded into Vodafone yet).
Avea users can roam on the island on the 2 nets.
