Important!
There's not a national prefix in Kosovo. The two operators, IPKO and Vala, and their respective MVNOs, use "foreign" prefixes. Vala has +377 prefix from Monaco, while IPKO has +386.49 prefix from Slovenia. So calling them from outside Kosovo you have to consider Monaco or Slovenia as destinations!
