Government Mobile License & Administrative Fee
The Government license & administration fee will be charged at HK$2.5 for every 30 days. The first 30 days of related fee will be free upon activation of card. This fee is waived for CSL HK$1000 Prepaid SIM card.
How to activate
Insert the SIM Card into the handset and call 24-hour service hotline 179 179, select language according to instructions, and
you will hear the pre-assigned mobile phone numbers, the stored-value of voice and short messages, and SIM Card's validity.
You will also receive a free short message containing the above information. You can then make calls immediately.
Note: Please activate the SIM Card before the expiry date stated on the back of the pack or it will be void.
