Types of calls
With 'local calls' we consider the ones to Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. Calls to Sure are considered all the calls to Sure in Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man (this operator is present in all thee islands). Other non Sure mobiles are intended all the mobiles of different operators in Guersey, Jersey and Isle of Man.

Reward minutes and texts are to other Sure mobiles only and valid for one month. Text either 'text' or 'minutes' to 101 before
topping up in order to get the reward of your choice. You will continue to receive either text or minute rewards until you change
this setting. Reward bonuses are the following:
- £ 10.00 refill: 20 minutes/texts;
- £ 20.00 refill: 50 minutes/texts;
- £ 30.00 refill: 100 minutes/texts;
