Useful information
In August 2006 it was no problem to buy a prepaid pack including Motorola C139 with German ID in Bogota (for about 25 US $). Sending SMS was successful to two German operators, T-Mobile and E-plus (others not tested). Receiving SMS was possible from E-plus, but did not work with T-Mobile.
